Carole is a Consulting Counsellor and  Energy Therapist with a single aim in life. To release the extraordinary power and ability of every individual she meets.

Carole began working as a Counsellor at the age of 21 when she started as a volunteer with the Galway Rape Crisis Centre, here she trained in house, and subsequently studied at University College Cork and graduated with a Higher Diploma in Counselling.

Carole worked with survivors of Sexual violence for over 10 years, both one to one and facilitating groups, she coordinated the running of the Galway Rape Crisis Centre and its many projects. During this time she  oversaw the GRCC’s management restructuring , which was  insightful into the dynamics of change in the working environment, and the underlying processes.

Carole holds honours Degrees, 2.1, Bachelor of Law and a 2.1 and Bachelor of Arts from National University of Galway. She was also awarded certificates in Business, Human Resources and Advanced Certificate in Group Facilitation. She has spent time working in a legal office, media production companies and has worked in event management as a senior manager. She has board experience of over 20 years in both the private sector and the NGO sector.

In 2013 Carole trained as a Bio energy therapist and began combining her counselling work with energy work.  Carole is always studying and engaging with life on many levels. She is a natural communicator and networker. She has a private practice in Dublin city centre and travels frequently to see clients outside of Dublin, her clients’ range in age from babies to elderly in all walks of life.  She works with people with their emotions and she helps children and adults with healing from serious illnesses, helping them back to wellness.

Carole also works with companies as a consultant, with both employers and employees helping to reach balance and growth where disharmony has crept in, she brings empathy, integrity and a wealth of experience.
